Lakehead University is currently exploring specialized pathways and Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) frameworks to recognize Canadian Armed Forces training. We are working to evaluate and recognize the skills and expertise acquired through military training, with the goals of offering a fast-track for current and former military members toward a post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate.
