Developed in collaboration with the Culinary Tourism Alliance, the Northern Culinary Tourism Experience Development Micro-Credential provides foundational training across seven key industry areas for learners ranging from small business owners to those that support the tourism industry within their community or region. Learners will explore the culinary tourism landscape with a specific emphasis on Northern Ontario and gain a better understanding of the makeup of local foodways.
