Guidance and Career Education, Specialist

Description

The Guidance and Career Education, Specialist consists of advanced counselling practicum, administration of student services, curriculum activities and business-industry practical activities. This course will enable counsellors to advance their skills in interpersonal relations, administration and increase their knowledge of business-industry in the community. The practical activities form an integral part of this course.

Specialist requires successful completion of Part II and two (2) years of successful teaching experience, with one (1) of the school years teaching the subject, verified by the signature of the appropriate supervisory officer.

Registration for each semester opens six to eight weeks prior to the registration deadline.
