Construction Technology, Grades 11 and 12

Description

The Grades 11 and 12 Construction Technology ABQ prepares candidates to lead senior Construction programs with technical, pedagogical, and industry aligned expertise. This course deepens participants’ understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial construction practices, emphasizing precision, project management, and the integration of complex tools, materials, and techniques. Candidates will explore culturally responsive and inclusive instructional approaches that support diverse learners, and strategies for facilitating major projects, mentoring students in specialized pathways, and embedding authentic industry standards including safety, sustainability, and Red Seal aligned competencies.
