The Teaching Students with Behavioural Needs Additional Qualification course is designed for educators working with kindergarten to grade 12 students. This course explores legislation, behaviour science and evidence-based resources through a holistic, integrated approach to understanding students with behaviour needs. This course intentionally and critically reflects on the intersectionality of disability and other aspects of identity to further understand and teach students with behavioural needs. Educators will strengthen their professional knowledge and judgement through independent tasks and engagement with other educators.
