Professionals looking to strengthen their leadership capabilities and drive meaningful organizational change now have a new opportunity through the Executive Leadership Program, a collaborative initiative from Lakehead University and Georgian College.

Designed to deliver long-term, measurable results, the program supports experienced leaders who are ready to advance their leadership effectiveness and implement evidence-based strategies within their organizations.

Delivered in the heart of Simcoe County and facilitated by leading faculty, the Executive Leadership Program focuses on helping participants reach their full leadership potential while strengthening the performance and culture of their teams.

The program builds on participants’ real-world experience by examining individual leadership styles and providing practical tools to enhance leadership impact. Participants will gain skills to navigate complex challenges, lead with confidence, and support sustainable organizational success.

The Executive Leadership Program is geared toward executive directors, chief executive and operating officers, and senior leaders across a wide range of sectors, including corporate, government, manufacturing, community services and healthcare. It is designed for professionals with at least seven years of experience in strategic decision-making, organizational accountability, financial oversight, governance and compliance, and talent development.
