Kindergarten, Part I

Description

Kindergarten, Part I consists of an examination of the knowledge and skills required for the delivery of the Kindergarten program. Emphasis will be placed on the theoretical foundations of Kindergarten education within the context of global and diverse communities, in addition to the development of effective play-based learning environments to support the early learner. A variety of research-informed instructional, assessment, evaluation and reporting strategies will also be examined.

Registration for each semester opens six to eight weeks prior to the registration deadline.

Fall 2025: October 6th - December 19th
Winter 2026: January 12th - March 27th
Spring 2026: May 4th - June 19th
Summer 2026: July 6th - August 14th

Certificate of Qualification showing qualifications in the Primary division.
