By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how fundamental aspects of project management are affected by AI;
  • Recognize the impact of AI on specific PM practices;
  • Describe real-world examples of AI tools being used today on projects; and
  • Discuss ethical considerations and best practices of using AI.

Introduction to Ai in Project Management will be offered in April 2026. Participants will receive a workbook containing copies of all course slides, supplemental notes, and suggested further study materials.

This course is intended for anyone interested in the topic of project management including project managers, project coordinators, engineers, contractors, owners’ reps, and anyone else in the project leadership chain.

There is no prerequisite for this course. No prior knowledge on the topic of AI is expected; however, some prior knowledge of project management would be helpful.

Learners may withdraw up to one week before the course start date with no penalty. Withdrawals made less than one week before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund, and learners may transfer to another PM Program course offering at no additional fee within two years. Once a course has begun, no refunds are available.
